SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

All domestic and international orders are shipped with DHL tracking.
For shipments within Germany, the estimated delivery time is usually within 2-5 work days. International shipments may differ according to the destination.
Shipments within Germany will be charged 5,49 euros.

What if my order has not arrived yet?

If you haven’t received your order after 8 business days, please send an email to hi@danishapka.com. Orders shipped outside of Germany may take longer.

RETURNS

The item can be returned only if it is unused and shows no signs of wear. You have 10 days to return your item to me, just make sure to cover all the shipping costs and please remember to send me the tracking number.
If the item gets lost in the return shipment, all costs of the item and shipping must be covered by the buyer.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please keep in mind that the Shapka is 100% handmade; therefore, slight variations in shape may occur.
The hats are made out of 100% wool, which means they can only be hand-washed in cold water.
